I had service here a while back and came back for tires on my sons car. The new manager Bartek is amazing! Bartek took his time to explain concerns I had around the brakes and even showed me on the car issues that should be resolved. Unfortunately, we found a broken strut and had to replace both fronts...Bartek showed me bad strut and explained how this could cause issues later with new tires and car handling. While I was indifferent in the customer service last time (old manager), I'm absolutely coming back with any and all my service needs as manager and staff were very friendly and attentive. Great job Mavis Corporate! You have a winner with the Parsippany location!
