This visit was actually a follow-up to my replacement of all foot tires at Mavis. At that time the mechanic noted I do well to replace the rear rotors and pads before winter weather settled in. Fast forward to today's visit which Mavis helped me set up to accommodate my scheduling needs. As an informed consumer, I had done my due diligence and understood pricing, etc. The Mavis staff did well in communicating any issues with both the front and rear rotors and pads. Thankfully, the mechanic inspected all four areas and explained the technical issues he found. Johnson was the gentleman's name. What made my entire experience both successful and pleasant was the fact that Sean intervened and handled both the pricing and the ensurance of my personal comfort during the time it took to address the brake issues. I was effectively stranded because we only had the car under repair available for family use this Saturday. The extended work would have left me stranded for 4 plus hours had Sean and the Mavis staff not made arrangements to get me back and forth to my home. The bottom line is this- the consumer needs to be informed but more importantly, the consumer needs to communicate his/her concerns to Mavis. This was my second visit to Mavis: both times I was treated with courtesy, the work was completed as described, and most importantly to me, the entire experience was highly professional. Thanks one and all!
