I definitely would recommend working with Shaun if ever possible. Not only does he have a good (and appropriate) sense of humor, but it's obvious that your car is in good hands after talking to him. Even for people that don't know much about vechiles, Shaun was very informative so that you get a good sense on the condition of your car and what needs to be done. Like any other auto repair, they do offer recommendations for your car and additional suggestions on how to improve your car's performance. But what makes them different is honestly their efficiency and the team's winning personality.

Shawn was delightful. He explained everything and had a wonderful attitude even at 8 in the morning. He really seems to care about the customers and makes the place fun while waiting for your car to be ready. I tell all my friends to go to Mavis and see him.
