I contacted the store prior to my visit and explained I wanted special brake pads and wanted them there before I got to the store. I am a repeat customer and wanted to get in and out. When I arrived the sales person showed me the pads to verify those were the ones I wanted. I have too many vehicles to waste time. This was my daughters van, I will bring my wifes car by for tires next. Eventually I will get around to new tires for my truck. I appreciate them getting me in and out in an efficient manner.
