Perry and Austin were great , while I was waiting for my car I heard them thank every customer for their business , great customer service ! I have been in customer service field/ management for 30 years so my expectations are pretty high and I was impressed . A couple came in and the husband was a getting a tad loud about a misunderstanding when the wife had previously went there alone , something about where to put the new set of tires front or back ! Perry listened and was great at diffusing the issue , the couple left happy and thankful . I went there for an oil change but knew I probably needed front brakes and possibly tires but I said nothing and after my car was checked out Perry let me know I definitely needed front brake pads and all 4 tires needed to be replaced . I didn't have time to do the tires that day , did the brakes , but I will be going back soon to get 4 tires . Also he showed me a few filters that needed replaced that were so dirty and gross . I have already told others about my great experience and will continue to do so !
