I want to recognize Andy for going above and beyond.We purchased 4 good year assurance tires 8/2020,was informed by the Jeep dealership that I needed 2 front tires, these were 65,000 mile tires and I had only gone 28,000. He was able to reduce the cost of the new tires.Also, we need to have 3 locking lug nuts removed and the key was broken, he was able to get that taken care of as well. The only down fall is I wish Good year would pay for the cost of the tires and wheel alignment, since thet shouldn't have worn that quickly. I have done business with you guys before and will continue, and recommend that they ask for Andy.
