The only reason that I went to Mavis, after several excruciatingly bad experiences, was a friend's recommendation. And that was because Jonathan Lopez provides the incredible customer service. He has a friendly approachable demeanor and treats people with respect unlike other locations that I've been. Jonathon Lopez is the only reason that I would ever do business with Mavis.
