John and Don are both excellent. I brought a mint condition Pontiac Fiero GT in for service and inspection. Don made sure that the service technician who worked on the car was spotless before entering the vehicle. It is that small attention to detail that I appreciate and is one of the many reasons I continue to stay with this particular Mavis. Another reason is that John has always been honest with me on prices for parts. I have checked parts online against the prices he provided and yes sometimes I can find a better price online, but not often. The other problem is good luck trying to get a warranty for an online part. Mavis backs their parts up. I strongly recommend this place. Ethan
