I am from out of state (there for a funeral) and was stranded with a vehicle that leaked brake fluid. The manager Mack Stowell had my vehicle inspected ASAP and informed me of the problem. Upon receiving the parts and despite a very busy day, he made sure that he attended to my vehicle and even stayed after hours to complete the repair and get us on the road for our 3.5+ hour drive. Mack saved us the expense of having to get a hotel room. He was very professional, courteous and seemed very straightforward with us with respect to what had to be done and the situation at the center. He even allowed us to leave our belongings in the waiting room so we could take advantage of exploring the Plymouth area as opposed to waiting there at MTB all day. This MTB was recommended by a couple of the local auto repair shops that could not accommodate us as well as several of the tow services we contacted. We now can back up those recommendations. Thank you, Mack, for fixing the car and helping us get back home safely.

I was coming home from work and getting my brakes started to sound funny. I called your new store in Frazer and Lee told me to come over and let them check my car. I was greeted with a smile and then Lee introduced me to Eric (store mgr) who kindly walked me through my options. I told them I was concerned because I knew my brakes needed to be replaced, but I had to pick my daughter up from work. They assured me everything would be done to perfection and would have me on the road in time to get my daughter. They were correct! I even got an oil change too! Guess who found a new home for her car! Me! I am Mavis's biggest fan! Thank you guys!
