My husband and I are from Maryland, we were on our way home when we noticed the wheels on my car had a metal grinding sound. Someone recommended this Mavis location in Garden City. I called them around 4:20pm on3/5, explained to the lady on the phone (Patty) and she told me they were closing at 5pm and if we could get there before then they would take care of things. I told her what I thought was wrong and she began calling for the parts. Patty went way beyond the call of duty to make sure she was able to get everything that was needed. Joe ( the mechanic) was awesome, he kept us informed of what we needed. ( Rotors,brakes and calibers for both rear tires). After maybe 2hours Joe saw that I needed a right rear brake fluid hose, so again Patty is calling around to find the part. I was told it had to be shipped in and it may take a few days (which we didn't have). Joe had her order a left hose and he worked really hard to get it to work so we could get back on the road. It was around 8pm when we got on the road. We want to recognize both Joe and Patty for being so awesome. They understood our anguish on wanting to get home. They were very caring and both worked very hard to make things happen for us. As a company be proud to have two great people and hope you have more out there like Patty and Joe. Please recognize them for the awesome work they both due, they are a great asset to your company. Thanks again Denise and Charles
