What wasn’t so great was the fact that Mavis took it upon themselves to inspect our vehicle when we didn’t ask them to (since we just had it inspected in August) They put a sticker on our windshield that was deformed and unable to scan. What also wasn’t so great was that we were told they couldn’t do a tire alignment because of our vehicle type so we needed to take it somewhere else. What else wasn’t so great was that we were told that you don’t have a machine to diagnosis why our check engine light was on….. seems strange when an inspection was performed. This was frustrating to say the least. When my fiancé went back to the store in the morning, the manager was very helpful and appalled that these things happened. He also stated that they do in fact diagnosis check engine lights…. Overall Rated Good; would Probably buy this tire again. - an Average driver in Rochester NY.
