Gino was above and beyond! This was my 1st time visiting this location. It is out of my way but I was unhappy with my local Mavis store so on a whim I needed tires and he exceeded all expectations. He answered all my questions, was easy to talk to, very professional and experienced and the staff seemed equally competent. I will be coming to Trexlerown from now on. Very satisfied. Was going to get rid of my Mavis credit card but I think I will reconsider thanks to Gino.

My daughters car broke down, she had two huge holes in her tire. We sat in a snow/sleet storm trying to get roadside assistance and the earliest ETA we could get was 2+ hours. I called Mavis to see how late they were open. It was 330pm. Open till 5. I explained the situation and they provided me info for a nearby tow service. They couldn’t help me either due to the weather. Mike, from Mavis, was willing to stay open late just to help us. In the end.... these guys were amazing. Mike and Jonathon. Jonathan offered to come to the scene, take the tire back to the shop, repair it, and get us back on the road. This was above and beyond anything I could have expected. They stayed open late to help us and went out of their way to make sure we were ok. It’s nice to know that there are still people in this world who are willing to help others in a time of need with no expectations. I can’t begin to express enough how grateful I am to these guys. Mike, thank you for your help and willingness to stay open.... on SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!! And Jonathon, your kindness will never be forgotten. Thank you sooooo much!
