I called the day before coming to Croton to make an appointment and explained that I wanted to come to Ossining for service the next day. Greg assured me he'd get me in and "take care of me." When I arrived I explained to Brian that I had moved and my wife needed to go to Croton so I only had a limited time available to me. Brian got my car in right away. I only trust Mavis with my cars.
