I was on way to court appearance and only had 15 minutes to spare after a tire blow out on the BRP, I limped into lot 1 block away. He came over to assess how Mavis could help me. He allowed me to leave my car there, called me a taxi so I could get to court on time! While I was in court, he fixed my car so I could get home to my child. As a woman, I felt completely safe, not taken advantage of and I had a great waiting room and ladies restroom to regroup after a scary experience. I'll never forget this!
