When I went to Mavis I was suffering from a back injury. While I was doing the intake papers, I dropped my cane and the very nice service man came from around the counter to pick it up for me. I wish I could remember his name so I would be able to say Thank You, again. Also, when my car was done he even had them pull my car up to the door in order to reduce my walking distance.
