I want to say that the mechanic who had done my last oil change from a different shop had, for some unknown reason to anyone, welded my oil plug into the oil pan; and, of course, the wonderful folks at Mavis made me aware of this right away, but unfortunately were now going to try to mess with that mess. The ways they helped me with pictures and paperwork should make this mess a little easier for me. I truly appreciate them helping me understand what had been done by this jerk from a different, unrelated shop. They were super friendly and went above and beyond simply buying and installing my American-made tires. Yeah! - Canton, GA

The crew over at this location are really nice and had no issue catering to my special requests. I just purchased a new, to me, vehicle and it needs a lot of TLC. I brought it in for a brake fluid flush because of a concern with a poor pedal feel. They called me and addressed the concerns they had about it. I opted to not do what they recommended and they were happy to service it anyway. They even threw in some wiper blades for me that I was desperately in need of.
