They could have just let it go, but the salesman behind the desk took the time to call them and see what was going on. In the end they just wanted to verify it was actually me applying for the card. I appreciate the salesman going the extra mile for me. They also informed me that my battery was bad. This surprised me as I just had it serviced at another place and they tested the battery and did not say anything about it. I called the other company, and they said it was fine. I took my vehicle to another place just to get a third opinion. Turns out the crew at Mavis was correct, the battery was bad.
