Staff (Chuck) were very helpful, knowledgeable, and super nice. I was in a panic with a flat tire, I called the store and had a warranty from a prior purchase.
I went in with the donut on my car, and Chuck informed me the tire would be covered. I just had to pay a fee. Chuck made the whole experience great and even made me laugh. I have been to this location a couple of times, and every experience has been so wonderful that I never hesitate to let anyone know that Mavis is the place to go for all tire needs. AJ was also a pleasure and very helpful.
