I have had 2 great experiences with this Mavis location...Aaron was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what I wanted to have completed, 2 new front tires mounted and balanced, and a front end alignment, was completed in less than 2 hours, and the car drives much better now...so It was a very successful Saturday morning ! My wife needed to have the state inspection performed on her car since it was going to expire the next day. We decided to go to STS to see if they had time for us and I am so glad that we went there. The gentleman working at the count was very friendly and gave us no issue at all with us dropping our car off. He did forewarn us that, if there were particular parts that needed to be replaced in order to pass the inspection, they may not be able to complete the inspection that day. However, we completely understood and decided to leave it since the inspection needed to be performed regardless. After some time, we got a call back and were informed that there were several recommended services for the car, but only the brake pads needed to be replaced in order to pass the inspection. I decided to only opt for the pads at the time and we were not pressured to pursue any other services afterwards. This is exactly the type of service that I enjoy receiving - good customer service, fast work, and friendly atmosphere. We will absolutely come back here.
