The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I have always disliked going to any garage because of the fear of being pushed to purchase unnecessary parts. The gentleman who checked my vehicle in did suggest that I needed brakes, which I am aware of, but didn't push the fact when I told him I will do them myself.
