Visited twice in two days - first for new tires on one car, oil change in the next. Both visits were positive..staff was friendly - esp managers (Maddy? was one, didnt get the other name). In spite of being seemingly understaffed (as every place seems to be these days), all the workers took the time to be polite, informative and attentive. Friendly too. I took my classic 17 y/o VW GTI to Mavis Morgantown PA, because I have observed how careful they are. GM Matt and AGM Rico greeted me promptly and assured me that Mavis would use care with my powder-coated wheels. Tech Don carefully dismounted and remounted new tires on my powder-coated wheels with no scratches at all. Don carefully removed the old weights with no damage and balanced the wheels perfectly.
