The ONLY reason that I considered going back to Mavis after a recent problem that I had is due to Spence at this location. He is incredible - a super person to deal with. He is courteous, nice, works with the customers, and keeps his promises. I have had some bad experiences with Mavis as of late, especially in your corporate department. I do not think that they have a customer retention attitude in mind. As recently as a few weeks ago I was told of a future credit that would be under my name and/or car. Of course when Spence checked, it was not there. He was still able to work with me despite what was told to me by your corporate office. I know there is a revolving door with managers at your locations. Do not let this guy leave. He is the ONLY reason that I even went back to Mavis. If he leaves we will probably bring our cars somewhere else. Your corporate office could learn a lot from someone like him. Maybe they will. If you had more people like him working for you, Mavis would have a lot more business. While I recommend this location that is because of Spence and the team he has working for him. I surely cannot say the same about your other locations. I recommend this branch based upon personal experience. As a company overall I do not think that highly of Mavis. - Clarksburg, NJ
