I was very happy with the service I received. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and courteous. I was only there to have my annual car inspection performed and even though there were two customers ahead of me who needed the same service, my service was completed in just over an hour, which I thought was very reasonable since according to Texas law all state inspection customers must be handled on a first-come-first-served basis and the shop cannot schedule a set appointment to perform the inspections. There were no additional charges made other than the standard cost of the inspection. I highly recommend NTB in Denton, Texas. - Denton, TX
