During a weekend visit to Lenox from the Boston area (Watertown, MA) I puncturing the sidewall of my 2012 Volvo S60 on a granite curb late Sat night, Oct 17. This vehicle does not come with a spare, only a Volvo supplied repair canister suitable for addressing tread flats. My first instinct was that I'd need to stay in Lenox with my family until Monday given it was Sat night. I was amazed to find your shops were open all day Sundays. On Sat night I made an online appt for 10am Sunday in Pittsfield. James contacted me Sunday morning and I explained my predicament: from Boston + flat tire + no spare. James's confident and immediate reaction was, "we'll take care of you and get you on your way!" And he sure did. I needed to remain with my family at the B&B in Lenox as my car was towed, so James called me a few times to keep me informed of the work and my tire replacement options. And, as promised, my vehicle was ready for pick up in no time. James is a total pro!!! He is an excellent communicator who was empathetic to my situation. His can-do, reassuring attitude eased my worries about how, or if, I'd be able to get my family back to Watertown before their school resumed on Monday.
