Chris and Gordon, and I think the other gentleman John, were just phenomenal! Had a serious brake issue on my girlfriend's car and a bad antifreeze leak, the place was packed when I arrived at 9 AM Saturday. I told him they had the car for the whole weekend and at 5 PM on Sunday the car was done! Very reasonably priced. Unfortunately, in this corporate world of ours you don't get treated like the good old mom and pops days, but Chris and Gordon are an exception to the rules! Those folks are how you run a shop and keep the customers coming back, such pleasant people to hang out with and chitchat. I hope all the Mavis stores have people like Chris and Gordon, they really know how to treat customers as people, not just customers. What can I say, those two guys really know how to handle a store!
