The front counter person was very polite and knowledgeable about my vehicle. I walked in without an appointment thinking I would be turned away or told it would be a few hours to be seen for a simple oil change. To my surprise, I was accepted in and told that in one hour my oil change would be finished, and a free tire rotation would be done as well.
