I got a nail in my tire on a Sunday afternoon and called Mavis to see if they could fix it. They said to bring the car in and they would look at it. There was a nail in the sidewall and would have to be replaced. They put on the donut spare and ordered a new tire. I was called back on Monday afternoon and they put on the new tire.
