The lady, Adele or Alesia?, interacted with me more since she originally took my call. She was very attentive and actually double-checked to make sure my tires had been rotated before closing my service ticket out. While there, she had a lady customer that was being somewhat hard to deal with regarding two nails in one of her tires. She kept calm while the customer vented and she thoroughly explained that one of the nails was too close to the sidewall to patch and/or plug. She offered the customer the available options, politely explaining again the reason the one leak was unrepairable. While th customer was not happy that it couldn't be repaired, she eventually calmed down enough to pay and get her keys before she left. Again, your associate seemed to handle the situation as a professional, staying calm and sticking to details, while not offering anything that wasn't available.
