Fred at the desk and Mike behind the scenes are amazing. They were understaffed (people out sick) had a room with two people waiting, a cranky person behind me in line and Fred was such a gentleman. He really took a tough situation and handled it like a maestro -- taking care of everyone the best he could. I felt so bad that he was juggling so much. Truly, give this guy a bonus or something. He's a gem. And, Mike, in back, never met him. But Fred told me that he helped too. See that? Fred not taking full credit for taking care of me so quickly? Another reason why he's amazing. Gracious guy. I didn't give you a 10 on pricing because I have no clue. Appearance of place is great. Held out on the 10 because I think you should make seating out of stacks of tires.
