I was stranded an hour outside of Binghamton at 7pm on July 4th. I called early on the morning of the 5th to try and buy a complete tire with a rim to change myself. I spoke with Tod, who told me he could not do that, but if I could get the bad tire and rim in, he would be able to change that. When I arrived with my tire, only Tod and one mechanic were working, they were backed up and had already worked through lunch. Regardless, Tod dropped what he was doing and fixed my tire then and there in about five minutes. I drove back to my stranded car, put on the new tire, and brought the car back to Mavis to change the matching tire. Tod went above and beyond for me today, and I saw him do the same for every other customer that was there at the same time as me. - Glendale, NY
