Rob and Trish are not only knowledgeable and friendly, but genuine. Every business needs to make a profit, but at the end of the day these employees care about us customers and human beings. That feeling of being a community and all taking care of each other. Their prices are at very least average,and many are lower as well. I have had 2 visits in 1 week, and received great prices, and discounts/deals because the company offers them, along with the employees. I have never visited a Mavis until this week because I thought they were just mainly a tire store(because of the song in the commercial we all know we have memorized. Lol). I plan to be a repeat customer and I do not feel I will ever be mislead into spending unnecessary money,ripped off, and and "their word is their honor." We need more people like Rob and Trish, especially in this industry where I have never been able to trust any mechanic or employees because most of us are usually just another number and another profit at many other garages. Especially corporate affiliated ones! And as for the company itself, I feel like Mavis offers good prices, and flexibility to meet customers' needs unique to every customer. My only suggestion is to stop focusing so much on "America's discount tire store," and advertise some more about it being a full service center. Thank you for Trish for your advice and superb customer service and going the extra mile.
