I have used Mavis for oil changes, tire rotations, and new tires for many years. I was recently out of state and realized I was overdue for an oil change. I decided to take care of the oil change while out of town at a different place. I was told I needed new rear brakes; pads and rotors, asap and was given an estimate of nearly $500. I decided to wait until I returned home so I could go to the local Mavis that I usually use in Bloomfield, NJ. After assessing my brakes, I was told that I did not need new pads and rotors, just a cleaning. I was charged $32.95 for the service. I am so appreciative of the professionalism with which I was treated and the honest evaluation that I received.
