I chose to go to this Mavis Tire as I have had six years of history with them. In buying my last set of 4 tires I was talked into the extended warranty on the tires. At first I was very skeptical about this but due to my most recent issue with the sidewall of the tire blowing out I am grateful I bought the extended warranty. There were two other customer's in there and I explained my situation to them and the extended warranty and how it saved me. I would highly recommend this Mavis location to anyone! I don't know the gentleman's name but I think he is the manager of the garage with a cap, small glasses, and thin who has always been great to deal with. - Guilderland, NY
