The Mount Sinai location went above and beyond to make sure I was able to receive the services I needed today. The tech went out of his way to accommodate my appointment which required him to bring my vehicle to another location. He did this without any hesitation when I know he could have just as easily said I would have to leave my vehicle there or reschedule for a later date. I don't believe he was under any obligation to prioritize my vehicle in the manner he did and he chose to inconvenience himself so that I would not have to either sit in a waiting room for hours with my baby or have to reschedule and play baby mood roulette with getting to a future appointment on time. I have never seen an employee at a service station exhibit this level of selflessness for a customer let alone for myself with it being so easy and acceptable to choose not to and inconvenience the customer instead. - Hampton Bays, NY
