Our vehicle had been awaiting a tow since 4:30 p.m. when I reached out to Joseph. I told him that I'd be there as soon as the tow truck picked up my vehicle. Well, the tow truck didn't arrive until 8:00 p.m. while the shop was closing at 8:30 p.m. Joseph and his staff were friendly, courteous and patient and even had to stay late to assist me.
