Joseph and his staff were AMAZING!!! Our vehicle had been awaiting a tow since 4:30 p.m. when I reached out to Joseph. I told him that I'd be there as soon as the tow truck picked up my vehicle. Well, the tow truck didn't arrive until 8:00 p.m. while the shop was closing at 8:30 p.m. Joseph and his staff were friendly, courteous and patient and even had to stay late to assist me. The entire time they were absolutely AWESOME!!!! Thank you for all that you guys did for me on Thursday 12/12/24.
