Joseph and Elias were very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Had it not been for them, my vehicle would not have had the correct tires replaced on it. The Call Center sent the wrong tires. My vehicle is a passenger vehicle, but the Call Center incorrectly sold me trailer tires. Same size but incorrect vehicle type. The Call Center should be trained better and more knowledgeable instead of just quickly trying to make a sale. This mistake wasted my time and the time of Joseph and Elias's workers. Luckily that location and staff are trained properly and caught the mistake during the replacement and install process. Joseph and Elias were able to order the correct tires, even expedite them and kept me informed on the status over the next few days that I needed to wait until the tires arrived. The service at this location was outstanding. The staff even pointed out and showed me a few areas of the steering system that I would eventually need to get replaced, as well as showing me the wear on my brakes. Joseph and Elias took care of me and reduced their fee a little to accommodate the inconvenience. I'm just sorry that the Call Center had to make it inconvenient for this hardworking staff. I will definitely return to this location for future repair and auto maintenance. - Harwood Heights, IL
