The manager on duty Sunday, February 2, 2025 went above and beyond to provide a personalized and elevated customer experience to me and other customers. He made sure I was well informed on the service and my options. Additionally, I witnessed him go above for a customer who had an urgent need that NTB could not deliver on in the time needed by the customer. He went as far as calling other businesses to see if they could help. For a moment in time that could have potentially awarded a competitor a transaction, but he just built a customer for life, while helping a fellow human; and because I witnessed it, he made two customers for life!
