I stopped at Mavis desperate! I had gotten a flat tire - the donut was put on the car- it made a very loud noise when driving. I stopped at Mavis hoping they could help even though it was 345 minutes to closing and the were 4 cars in front of me and only one technician still working. Alberto, the gentleman working behind the desk took my car for a ride around the parking lot - came back and said "you can't drive this it is not safe. Your donut has a tear in it. I was going to be driving home late at night. He sold me a new tire, put it on the rim, replaced the donut with the new tire making it safe for me to drive the car. I am most grateful for him going out of his way and beyond what I could have expected! I owe Alberto my life! Thank you to your star employee! - Hillcrest, NJ
