I want to say that the mechanic who had done my last oil change from a different shop had, for some unknown reason to anyone, welded my oil plug into the oil pan; and, of course, the wonderful folks at Mavis made me aware of this right away, but unfortunately were now going to try to mess with that mess. The ways they helped me with pictures and paperwork should make this mess a little easier for me. I truly appreciate them helping me understand what had been done by this jerk from a different, unrelated shop.
