Jamal the manager was beyond helpful, courteous, and extremely informative of the exact needs of my vehicle while he simultaneously handled other customers to meet their needs and resolve issues that were going on. Initially upon arrival, I was dismayed at the previous car repair where I had directly come from and Jamal reassured me that I was in the right place! meeting the right experts! Mavis is amazing. It is also noted that the 'new' tire business is called Mavis which I had NO idea. The branding needs to be done! so that it reflects the great customer service that I experienced. The managers were very kind and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle, every step of the way! Mavis is fortunate to have Jamal! he is calm, cool and very collected. Definitely give him a raise or promotion. I will definitely refer Marvis to others! The lobby/waiting room should also be remodeled as well to happily accommodate waiting customers.
