I could have bought tires at Sams club but I needed an alignment so the one stop shopping is what made me try Mavis. Everything was great including the waiting area which made the time go by fast. Also some shops will find all kinds of things wrong and presure you to have them fix it. Mavis just suggested some areas to watch which is very helpfull. In watching the lobby and the shop area it is easy to see everyone is into the job. Some shops have people who act like they are doing you a favor. Overall A+ - Howells, NY
