We bought our tires there last Fall and yesterday had a completely flat tire before heading out of town on a road trip. We called and Mavis told us to come right in, luckily the tire held enough air to drive to the shop. They said it was a leaky tire valve and I asked if they could inspect all the valves and replace them. They took care of us so quickly and charged us only for the cost of the valves I suppose since we bought our tires there previously. Either way, they were super friendly and professional and really helped us when we were in a bind. Thank you! - Ithaca, NY
