I was not acknowledged by either sales rep as I stood there(they were doing nothing). I had to ask them to help me!!! The manager at Mavis, Ryan, was totally the opposite. Very polite responsive and knowledgeable. I own multiple businesses which are customer service oriented and was very impressed with him.
