I busted a strut mount on my way home from Connecticut to Pittsburgh, and the guys at Mavis Tire really turned that disaster into a great experience. Everything else was incredible! The service was very prompt, good, and I felt like I was an important customer the minute I walked in (rare these days at auto shops in my opinion). The customer service extended beyond the call of duty, as well. Because I had to stay overnight, your staff made some great recommendations as to places to stay and things to do. Danny, one of the managers, even went out of his way to give me a ride to my motel that included a quick tour of the town, and the next day, his only off day, he came and picked me up all so I didn't have to pay and wait for a cab. The only reason that I wasn't completely satisfied was because a technician made a tiny error with my shock installation, but the error was small enough that it was easy, free, and took very little time to fix. All of that being said, Mavis Tire has made a great impression on me, and I will recommend them to anyone if and when possible. - Jeannette, PA
