The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The staff kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and educated me on the importance of my safety. For example, the technician told me that my brake pads were 90% damaged and needed new brake pads. I was skeptical at first, but he showed me the difference between the newer brake pads versus the damaged so I agreed for him to replace my brake pads for safety reasons and change my two front tires. - Jonesville, FL
