John is an example of a great employee! Attentive, courteous, knowledgeable. I have been to this location several times to address the tire sensor light. It was replaced however, the light keeps going on. Other mechanics checked the pressure depending upon the temperature. Something was not right. John listened to my story, had my car put on the lift, had the pressure checked and discovered there was a leak in a tire by the stem. It turned out that I needed a new tire and he suggested 2 and explained why. Thanks to John, I hope I won't have to visit this store for a while with a tire sensor/air pressure problem for a while.
