Although I was pretending to do my work on the computer, I actually saw Warren & his staff treat these two other customers with the same level of kindness and respect as myself. I have been a customer for many years when it was Kaufman Tires in the Tyrone area. The Manager Troy had been at many is your stores, Clearwater, 4th Street and now Tyrone. Troy is the real deal. He is knowledgeable, customer friendly, polite and goes above and beyond for the customer. Once my SUV broke down at Tyrone Mall and wouldn't start, I walked over to Mavis and spoke with Mgr. Troy. Troy addressed my concerns and used his personal vehicle to drive me across the street to evaluate my vehicle. Troy jumped my battery, I drove back to Mavis and had my battery checked and found that it was the cable port. I was most grateful for their honesty and commitment to service.
