I was at the Trexlertown today. I spoke to Mike. I got the runaround at the Fogelsville location. I was very upset. I was late for work due to the incompetence at Fogelsville. Bill put the tires l ordered in my car and l drove to Trexlertown. Mike was efficient and knowledgeable. He could tell l was upset. I also work customer service. I get it. Butl was there at 9am and didn't leave til 10am. Kudos to Mike at Trexlertown Pa. He saved the day. I appreciate it. I'll be back to Trexlertown. - Klines Corner, PA
