I have been going to him for many years now since he first started, and I have a loyalty to Mavis in Rockaway because he's someone I can trust when my car needs to be fixed. He treats his employees very well also, and I can see why he is the store manager. Andrew really knows how to run a store, he has a lot of talent. I highly recommend Andrew to everyone. Never have I met a store manager in service like him. A lot of managers at the different Mavis locations are not anywhere near as nice as him, and doesn't compare to other stores. Please keep Andrew around, Mavis needs more Andrews! I have never met anyone like him in the service repair industry. I can't say enough good things about Andrew, look at the wall at the store and see how many customers love this guy. Mavis needs more Andrews nationwide, not just statewide. I could imagine what the company would be like if you could duplicate Andrew. The other store managers and associates can really learn from him.
