Fantastic staff; kind and responsive, made sure all of my concerns were addressed. I got a flat tire the day after picking up my vehicle (after replacing all 4 tires) and I called IRATE. Throughout the whole ordeal they were calm and professional, which definitely helped to de-escalate the situation.
